Wright Square: Old Chatham County Courthouse

The new Chatham County Courthouse is on Montgomery Street, and the old Court House is now the Administrative Legislative Center. William Gibbons Preston was the architect. 124 Bull Street.

3. Old Chatham County Courthouse
(1889) 124 Bull Street. Romanesque yellow brick and terra cotta on granite base.
4. Lutheran Church of the Ascension
(1879) Bull Street on Wright Square. Soaring French Gothic spires; founded by the Lutherans from Salzburg, Austria.
