Armstrong House - 447 Bull Street

One of Williams' first significant real estate acquisitions, this monumental Italianate Renaissance palazzo housed his antiques business until he sold the house to the law firm of Bouhan, Williams and Levy. Armstrong House continued to have its share of remarkable characters: The firm's 86-year-old porter, Mr. William Simon Glover, walked a deceased partner's dog Patrick for many years -- even after the dog itself had died. Sonny Seiler, Jim Williams' attorney, is a partner in this firm and owner of UGA 5, University of Georgia mascot.
