1 W. Macon St. 912-232-1251
Chartered in 1841, the building's architectural style is Gothic. The church severed ties with the Episcopal Church in Georgia in 1965 but returned to the diocese in 1969. Its parish house, the Green-Meldrim House, was used as Sherman's headquarters on his famous "March to the Sea."
