Savannah's only Reform Jewish Congregation and the third oldest Jewish Congregation in the United States. Established in 1733, the current building on Monterey Square was built in a pure neo-Gothic style. Temple's museum has the original settlers' deerskin Torah scroll, the oldest in the United States, along with other cherished possessions of the Congregation. Weekday tours of the sanctuary and museum are provided.
